Toreplacethe system drive,you mustshut downtheOCTANE workstation andremove
thebezel.Ifyouhavenotcompletedthesesteps,goto“ShuttingDownandPoweringOff
the System” on page 218 and follow the instructions through removing the bezel.
Caution: Do notremovethesystem drive unlessyou have anew driveto replaceit. The
drive needs to remain in place to prevent damage to the OCTANE workstation.
The SCSI ID of the system drive is 0-1.
